Where Mission and Systems Learn to Speak the Same Language

History

Univolve Digital Solutions was founded in 2020, after our founder spent more than a decade inside the nonprofit sector watching the same pattern repeat: as big business pulled the best technical talent toward bigger salaries, nonprofits fell further behind, then often ended up paying for powerful tools no one on staff actually knew how to use, thanks to great sales teams.

Univolve exists to close that digital gap, and the name says so directly: built from "you", "involve" and "evolve," because technology keeps evolving with or without the mission-driven sector, and our job is making sure nonprofits are involved in that evolution instead of left behind by it. What hasn't changed since day one is the boundary we hold: we specify, translate, and assist for good impact. That keeps us on your side of the table, not a vendor's.

We believe technology only works when someone translates it. That means turning your mission into a specification your systems can actually run on, and turning those systems into something your team will actually use. In practice, it means listening before we recommend anything, naming the real gap in plain language instead of jargon, and staying involved through training and adoption instead of disappearing the moment a system goes live.

Whether you're heading into an RFP for a new CRM, trying to get a system your staff actually adopted after a rocky rollout, or just trying to figure out where the friction in your workflows is really coming from, Univolve is here to help you close the gap.
